Gozleme is the traditional savoury Turkish Pastry dish.
The name comes from the Turkish word ‘goz’ meaning compartment / pocket in which the toppings are sealed in and cooked. Borg’s Gozleme range delivers a quick and easy meal solution – simply pan fry from frozen and it will be ready in minutes. Available in two delicious flavours, these will be a hit on your menu served with delicious side salad or dip.

Cooking instructions:
1. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a heated pan.
2. Take the frozen gozleme out of packaging, place in pan. – DO NOT
THAW
3. Cook product on both sides for at least 2-3 minutes each side or till
golden brown.
4. Serve with a side salad or a dip. Note: Filling might be hot. Wait 2-3
minutes before serving.
Caution: Be careful, hot oil might splatter.
Note: Not suitable for microwave ovens.
